Howdy fellow Ramsay Rams and other select friends acquired since High School,

I have made a glorious discovery. The Swingin' Medallions still exist. They
are much like the ax handed down for 17 generations; 19 new handles and 6 new
heads, but it's the same ax. Hey, at our age, this is no time to get picky.

The Medallions have a cruise leaving Miami for Key West and Cozumel in July.
I think Susan & I will go. Pass the word and check the website

I just called the travel agency and they have rooms left. The Medallions'
groupies (us) will comprise about 200 of the 2,000 on board. Let's see if we
can change that ratio.

This is our big chance to introduce the feel, the spirit, the inner meaning,
the nuances and the rhythmic sophistication of DOUBLE SHOT to all those folks
who:

1) did not graduate high school in the South during 1965-1967
       AKA unfortunates

2) didn't have a radio or couldn't play it
       aka Baptists

3) landed from another planet after 1967
       AKA some of my friends

4) studied on the weekends
       AKA nerds, CEOs & retirees

5) were allergic to beer (Why else wouldn't you drink it?)
       AKA (see #2 above)

6) think BEACH MUSIC involves the Beach Boys
       AKA everyone west of Birmingham (& too damn many who are east)

7) think OD has something to do with drugs
       AKA Myrtle Beach deficiency sufferers

8) think shag is a hairdo
       AKA Beatle fans

9) think dirty shag can be cured with shampoo
       AKA (yep, #2 & #5 again)

10) need to cut loose and feel young for a few days
       AKA all of us
